e-Learning System

Introduction
The ORA
Solution e-Learning system is where ORA Practitioners can study for and attain qualifications in the ORA discipline.

Developed with guidance from City & Guilds of London, the ORA e-Learning system is a comprehensive program that leads an ORA Practitioner through the entire process of implementing ORA on a project, from understanding the basic concepts to performing and analysing reviews and audits..

Lessons
The e-Learning journey begins with the Lesson Plans, for the ORA process, there are six levels of e-Learning, each with a structured lesson plan. Each lesson plan is divided into a number of sections to better focus the learning experience.

The Lesson Plans explain the aims and objectives of each lesson and guide the user through the complexities of ORA by the easiest path, to gradually build and develop a sound understanding of the discipline.

Users must follow the structure of the Lesson Plans, revision quizzes and exams to complete the study program, beginning with Level 1, Section 1 and progressing section by section

User Accounts
Every registered user of the ORA
Solution has a User Account where member status, e-learning achievements, experience and certificates are recorded/stored.

The User Account is only accessible by the current user and can be accessed by selecting the 'my account' button, adjacent to the user name, in the top right corner of the ORDITA project selection page.

The coloured bar which appears along the lower edge of the ORA corporate screen header, above the grey bar showing the name of the current user, indicates the current user's e-learning achievement level (shown here in black). The colours used are similar to those used in the 'Six Sigma' coding system and are fully explained in the 'About ORA' pages.
