ORA Solution

Management Commitment
The key to successful implementation of the ORA process is the commitment of management to the principles of ORA, backed up by the allocation of adequate funds and resources. If this Corporate / Management buy-in is not demonstrated from the outset and maintained throughout the implementation of the process to its conclusion, the benefits of the ORA process will never be fully realised..

Management Structure
For any project to be managed, a Control Framework (Management Structure) is also required, this usually takes the form of Directives, Regulations, Rules, Policies and Procedures. This Control Framework is normally expressed as a defined Corporate Management System with a formal hierarchy, supported by a clearly defined Designated Authority Matrix. If such a robust structure exists, implementing ORA will be much easier to achieve

ORA Solution
Deployment of the ORA
on a Project is achieved using the ORA Process which guides users through the entire process.  ORDITA (the Operations Readiness Database, Implementation &  Tracking Application) requires minimal user training and minimal set-up of the software, allowing the user to start using the system in a matter of minutes.

The ORA Solution is fully populated with step-by-step guidance on deploying the ORA process on a project, it does not require us to deploy a large team of expensive 'experts' or delay your project by repeating your earlier work. It is easily tailored to fit your exact requirements (if the standard 'out of the box' version is not and exact fit).

The ORA Solution is hosted on a secure, private, managed cloud server and provides everything needed to deploy, monitor and manage the ORA process on one or more projects, each of which is invisible to the others and can only be accessed by secure login credentials.

Though very easy to use, the user will need to understand a few key ORA terms and a few key ORA concepts to enable its use to be clearly explained and understood. The ORA Terminology & Glossary page (accessed from the 'About ORA' button on the ORDITA screen header) lists all of these terms together with a short definition, but the more important ones are explained in detail.

Starting ORDITA
The ORDITA main 'Project & Audit Selection' screen opens immediately after a login to the ORA Solution is completed. There is no complicated process to master, simply select the project to work with by clicking on the appropriate 'Manage this Project' button.
