ORA™ Solution

Subject Delivery Map
The ORA™ Delivery Map illustrates all of the Activities that need to be addressed by the OR&A and Operations Teams during the Project to achieve 'Ready to Operate' status.

Each ORA™ Activity is represented by a numbered and colour coded box which identifies all of the Activities that need to be addressed in each phase of the Project.

In each Activity box, a number (the Activity Number) and a short descriptive Activity Title is displayed..

ORA Subject Delivery Map

Activity Numbering
On the above Delivery Map, each Activity is numbered using the philosophy illustrated below. Each Activity must be performed in a specific phase, so the number begins with a phase identifier. To this is added the relevant Group and Subject numbers and finally a sequential number to indicate the order in which each Activity should be carried out.

ORA Activity Numbering

At the task level, a suffix is added to the Activity number to create the Task Number, thus the full task number will take the form 'D10401.02'.
