ORA System Structure
The ORA System Index is the start point for navigating the structure of the ORA Solution. To take advantage of this, users need to understand the very simple & logical way the ORA Solution pages are structured and numbered.

Groups
As illustrated on the Index Page below, on the left side of the page the five (5) core GROUPS addressed by the ORA
Solution numbered 1 - 5.

Subjects
Adjacent to each group, a number of SUBJECTS are listed, each numbered sequentially prefixed by the relevant group number (1-5).

Group and Subject Numbering

The ORA System uses the standard project phases as a timeline by which to align the ORA Process to the project activities and Integrated Project Plan, as illustrated below:

As illustrated above, each phase in the ORA Structure is given a prefix letter which is used in the ORA System to identify when a particular activity and tasks should be carried out.
