 OR&A System Structure
The  OR&A™ System Index is the start point for navigating the structure of the  OR&A™ Solution. To take advantage of this, users need to understand the very simple & logical way the  OR&A™ Solution pages are structured and numbered.

Groups
As illustrated on the Index Page below, on the left side of the page the five (5) core GROUPS addressed by the  OR&A™ Solution numbered 1 - 5.

Subjects
Adjacent to each group, a number of SUBJECTS are listed, each numbered sequentially prefixed by the relevant group number (1-5).

Group and Subject Numbering

The  OR&A™ System uses the standard project phases as a timeline by which to align the  OR&A™ Process to the project activities and Integrated Project Plan, as illustrated below:

As illustrated above, each phase in the  OR&A Structure is given a prefix letter which is used in the  OR&A System to identify when a particular activity and tasks should be carried out.
